About me

As a semi-professional football player, marathon runner, and seasoned gym enthusiast with over six years of experience, I understand the dedication and determination it takes to excel in the realm of fitness. A Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a qualification as a health coach, also helps bring a unique blend of expertise to my practice, combining the principles of psychology with holistic wellness strategies to support your overall well-being. My journey has been one of constant evolution, exploring various training modalities and honing my skills to become a true hybrid athlete.

 

I started by playing football from the age of 4 to now playing semi professionally. I then started the gym to support my football and become a strong and explosive athlete on the pitch. I believe in combining both strength and cardiovascular training to become a Complete Athlete. More recently I have started my running journey to take my cardiovascular fitness to the next level, where I have now completed half marathons, as well as a marathon in 3:47. 

Fuelling my passion for fitness is my deep-rooted love for nutrition. As a qualified nutritional advisor, I believe in the transformative power of whole foods to nourish both body and soul. I’m committed to helping you cultivate a balanced, sustainable relationship with food that supports both your health and vitality.

As a certified personal trainer, I’m dedicated to empowering you to reach your fitness goals effectively and efficiently. My passion for the gym came from being on the skinny side growing up. I have experienced ups and downs along the way, but have built up my knowledge now to help those who want to also change their physique. Whether you’re striving to build muscle, lose fat, improve endurance, or enhance overall wellness, I’m here to provide personalised guidance and support every step of the way.
